High-alumina castable is a range of products. Based on the traditional ratio, the particle size distribution is adjusted. High-alumina raw materials are used as aggregate and powder, and different admixtures
are added to make refractory castable. The raw material of that overall lining which can be casted immediately can also be casted into fireproof prefabricated members for application.

The content of cement, that is, calcium oxide, can be adjusted according to the actual needs during the preparation of high-alumina castables. The lower cement content, the lower the occurrence of low-melting substances in the materials, thus improving the fire resistance,
high-temperature strength and slag erosion resistance of the products, improving the medium-temperature strength and softening temperature under load, reducing the thermal conductivity and having good thermal stability. It has
the characteristics of high mechanical strength, good thermal shock resistance, abrasion resistance, penetration resistance, erosion resistance, impact resistance, good mechanical properties, strong structural integrity of
the furnace body, better air tightness than brick furnace, prolonged furnace life, saved furnace repair cost and remarkable economic benefits. The main reason for using high-alumina castable is that it has high cost performance,
which is not only prominent, but also cheaper.

Application: It is mainly used for selecting different parts of furnace linings in power stations, boilers, melting and casting furnaces, hot blast furnaces, heating furnaces,
ceramic kilns, induction furnaces, etc.
